My personal experience with OCD from a very young age has given me a deep understanding of its challenges and complexities. This journey inspired me to dedicate myself to learning evidence-based treatments and supporting others facing similar struggles. I approach OCD therapy with empathy, practical tools, and a commitment to creating a nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered. With many years of specialized experience, I strive to help individuals break free from the cycle of obsessions, compulsions, and ruminations, regain control, and build a life that feels meaningful and manageable.
